All pricing and shipping costs are stated in New Zealand dollars, and are inclusive of GST (where applicable).



Payment for orders can be made with VISA and Mastercard.

Online credit card payments are handled by a secure web server.

Your payment details have the security offered by Paystation Limited, a fully AIS PCI DSS compliant Paymark Certified Solutions Provider (CSP), using 128-bit SSL encryption. Credit Card or Pago Wallet details will be sent directly to the acquiring institution for processing. No card or wallet data is available to or used by the Passion for Paper. You will be issued with a receipt number at the end of your transaction.



NZ Orders
All orders are charged at a flat rate of $12 for shipping.

For orders which include wrapping papers we add $8 to cover the cost of a cardboard postal tube. This is in addition to any postage applicable.

We send all our orders within New Zealand by courier, so we need a physical address for delivery.

We will do our utmost to despatch your order on the same day it is placed, if your order is placed before 1 pm. Once it is despatched the following delivery times can be expected:

North Island:  Metro - the next business day. Outskirts - 1 - 2 business days.
South Island: up to 3 business days.
Please allow up to 3 extra business days for delivery to rural areas.

All duties or taxes in the country of destination of the order are the responsibility of the recipient.

Product sizes as given on our website are approximate.

We attempt to display colours as accurately as possible, however we cannot guarantee that your screen or monitor will exactly reflect the colour of the actual product.



All products offered on the website are subject to availability. If a product that your order is out of stock by the time your order is accepted, we will notify you as soon as possible. We will not charge you for out of stock items.


Returns & Exchanges

At Passion For Paper, we source the finest paper and stationery items the world has to offer, and present and package it so that it will arrive to you in the best possible order.

We want you to be happy with your products and the services you receive from Passion For Paper, so if there is a problem with your product, please contact us at:   and we will do our utmost to resolve it for you as soon as possible.

If you would like to exchange an item, we are happy to provide an exchange under the following criteria:

  • The goods must be returned in unused condition, in original packaging.
  • The goods must be returned to us within 14 days of purchase.
  • The original invoice must be included with the returned merchandise.

All shipping costs are non-refundable and return costs are the customer's responsibility and are non-refundable.
